Ingredients Turmeric:

225.6 mg cucuminoids per capsule

  • turmeric extract
  • turmeric powder
  • black pepper extract
  • capsule shell hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegan)

400 mg almond mushroom extract per daily dose

  • Almond mushroom fruiting body extract (Agaricus blazei, sulfites )
  • Acerola extract (Malpighia glabra)
  • Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell)
  • Almond mushroom fruiting body powder (Agaricus blazei, sulfites )

15 mg zinc per 10 drops

Consumption recommendations & notes

Recommended consumption of turmeric:

Every two days, take 1 capsule unchewed with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or another still liquid of your choice. All information is provided without guarantee. Subject to change. Please note the instructions on the packaging.

Recommended consumption of almond mushroom:

Take one capsule daily with sufficient liquid.

Recommended consumption of Vitamin D3 & K2 drops:

Take 1 drop daily with a meal or cooking oil. Shake well before use.
Vitamin D3 and K2 are fat-soluble. Therefore, it is important to take them together with some oil.
Glasses are not suitable for consumption. We recommend using a teaspoon.
