Delivery
Shipping at Viktilabs is free within the European Union and Switzerland for orders over 49 € (after deduction of all discounts), otherwise the following shipping costs apply:
Within Germany:
Orders up to 49 € -> 4,90 € (DHL Paket)
Outside Germany:
Shipping weight under 3 kg -> 4,90 € (DHL Paket International or GLS)
Shipping weight over 3 kg and under 7 kg -> 7,95 € (DHL Paket International or GLS)
Shipping weight over 7 kg -> 12,90 € (DHL Paket International or GLS)
Shipping from Viktilabs to all other countries is a flat rate of 34.99 euros.
All orders within Germany are shipped via DHL. The delivery time within Germany (excluding islands) is 3-4 working days.
Orders within the EU and Switzerland are shipped with DHL or GLS. The delivery time is 7-8 working days for shipping within the EU and Switzerland (no remote areas), unless otherwise stated.
Products are generally available unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. The delivery times stated for the products apply to shipping to Germany.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you.
These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Did you receive the wrong item instead of the one you ordered?
We are very sorry about this - we did not mean to cause you any inconvenience.
Please contact our customer service by email service@viktilabs.de or via our contact form to clarify the exact procedure.
If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity, and the delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the country you want and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will tell you the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and costs in advance.

If you are not satisfied with a product or our service for any reason, please let us know so we can respond immediately and find a solution.
We will solve the problem for you as quickly and easily as possible.

You can cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the items.
The return period begins on the day you took possession of the goods. Please note that the returned goods must not have deteriorated significantly.
This applies if you have only tried out and checked the item, as you would be able and allowed to do in a store.

You can drop off your package at the post office or other shipping service providers of your choice. In the event of a return, you will bear the direct costs of the return.
Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Unfortunately, we can only accept returns of food and nutritional supplements if they are unopened.

In the event of a return, you will bear the direct cost of the return. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
In case of a complaint or a damaged item, we ask you to send us at least 2 to 3 clear pictures of the defective item.
We will review your complaint after receiving the photos and will then get back to you with a solution.

The return will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when ordering.
Credit card :
The credit will be refunded to the debited credit card account.
Please note that depending on your credit card provider, it may take a few days for the amount to be credited to your account.
Purchase on account :
If you have not yet paid, the outstanding invoice amount will be reduced by the returned item(s).
If you have already transferred the invoice amount, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
PayPal :
The credit will be made to your PayPal account.
With PayPal, you can specify whether the amount is deposited into your PayPal account or transferred back to your bank account.
Instant transfer/bank transfer:
The credit will be made to your bank account. Please send us your bank details so that we can arrange the refund.
Direct debit :
The credit will be made automatically to the account used for the direct debit.
AmazonPay:
The credit will be made to your Amazon Pay account.
Order
Yes, after each successfully completed order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please first check your spam folder, otherwise please contact our customer service service@viktilabs.de.
As long as an order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled.

No, unfortunately we cannot accept orders over the phone yet.

Revocation

Discount codes
A discount code can only be used once per customer.
The discount code can only be redeemed before completing the order process directly in the online shop (shopping cart) at the location described below. Unfortunately, a subsequent credit is not possible.
Only one discount code can be redeemed per order. A combination of multiple discount codes is not possible.
Put as many items as you like in your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, go to the shopping cart overview using the "Checkout" or "My shopping cart" links. You will find the input field for the discount code on the shopping cart overview page below the "UPDATE SHOPPING CART" button.
Enter the discount code in the white field. Please note the correct spelling (e.g. capital letters, numbers, special characters).
Confirm your entry by clicking the "REDEEM NOW" button. A message about the redemption will be displayed and the discount amount will be credited to you immediately and shown again in the overview below. If you do not want to use the discount code for this order, you can remove it from the current order by clicking on "Cancel discount code".
