Recommended intake of collagen hydrolysate:

Mix 10 g (equivalent to 2 tablespoons) of collagen in water every day. The time of day you take it is independent of the time of day - whether in the morning or in the evening, it is entirely up to you.

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid. Ideally 30 minutes before a meal to ensure optimal absorption of the nutrients.
